Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next working day.
It will take 3-5 working days to be delivered once your payment has been confirmed.
Currently we can only ship to any address within Singapore.

The delivery charge is a flat rate of SGD $4.50 for any destination around Singapore.

You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.

We will respond to you the soonest on Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Singapore time). We will endeavour to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.
