Studio Administrator

Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in relevant field
  • At least 2 years work experience preferred
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English
  • Good computer literacy skills


Job Scope
  • Assembling and packing of creative kits for retail and workshops
  • Preparation of equipment and materials for workshops
  • Coordinating the receiving and dispatching of stock
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in the inventory database 
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and clear organization of studio supplies and inventory stock
  • Tracking stock levels of inventory and studio supplies, placing orders when necessary
  • Assist in administrative  functions (preparation of Delivery Order, Invoices, Pay-slips, Claim-slips, Vendor payments etc)
  • Servicing of client & customer inquiries for workshops and ecommerce retail
  • Coordinating facilitators workshop schedules
  • Assisting in workshops when needed

Art Education Resource Developer (Project-based)

About the Project

Co:Creation Workshop will be undergoing a 7-month transformation project to address the existing gaps in online visual art programmes and to come up with new innovations. We will be working together with artists, designers and education experts to enhance the capabilities of visual art facilitators, develop physical features (like learning aids & material kits) that support remote learning and to come up with accessible solutions for participants with disabilities. 

*Full project brief will be provided to shortlisted candidates before their interviews. 

Job Scope
  • Conduct ground sensing with stakeholders in education
  • Collaborate with visual artists to create and design art education programmes, supporting them with the development of lesson plans and education kit prototypes
  • Document workflow and the development of programmes
  • Track progress of artists ensuring that the programme development is completed within the timeline, reporting to the project lead
  • Develop teaching resources and materials with external vendors providing photography, videography and design services.
  • Scheduling and coordination of road testing of the programmes with school and partners
  • Facilitate online workshops for testing before they are offered to schools
  • Consolidate feedback, create learning reports and evaluation working together with the consultants

Marketing Associate (Part Time)

3 days a week, 8 hours per day

  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and have a sense of timeliness
  • A keen eye for good style and design
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and vendors
Job Scope
  • Develop and recommend comprehensive marketing strategies to support business development
  • Plan marketing calendar for all channels – website, social media, emailers & ecommerce platform
  • Produce marketing content with vendors (designer, videographer photographer etc)
  • Produce copy for marketing materials
  • Channel content in a timely manner 
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Organize and maintain database of all assets and data collected
  • Monitor key digital indicators for reporting
  • Generate leads for the sales of kits and workshops
