Co:Creation Workshop is a social enterprise that provides experimental art education programmes to schools and organizations. We are a team of visual artists passionate about connecting schools, families and communities through art.

Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduate or student undergoing Degree/Diploma in relevant field
  • Passion for the arts and doing good
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English

UX Researcher

Project duration

About the Project

Co:Creation Workshop will be undergoing a 7-month transformation project to address the existing gaps in online visual art programmes and to come up with new innovations. We will be working together with artists, designers and education experts to enhance the capabilities of visual art facilitators, develop physical features (like learning aids & material kits) that support remote learning and to come up with accessible solutions for participants with disabilities.

Job Scope
  • Conduct reviews on existing online programmes to identify usability issues, providing quick fixes based on best practices. 
  • Performing in-depth research in order to create effective user personas, information architecture and user journeys.
  • Work with the project partners to gain insights on what learners require when learning online in order to align the new programmes with the design decisions that matter.
  • Keeping up to date with the trends in digital learning and web technologies for education, identifying suitable tools for the development of the online art programmes
  • Tackling teachers and student’s learning requirements with comprehensive UX design strategies, by applying human-centered design principles
  • Producing high quality UX design work, including, user flow diagram, site maps, wireframes and prototypes (both in paper & digital formats)
  • Working closely with artists, students, teachers, product designers, Co:Creation’s research and art education team to produce digital and physical learning assets
  • Analyse learners and user’s behaviour through the road test conducted, to discover areas of improvement
  • Programme innovation – organising people, digital and physical components to improve programme quality and interactions. 
  • Conveying your vision for the final digital product through sketches, storyboards and moodboards

Marketing Associate (Part Time)

Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in relevant field
  • At least 5 years work experience preferred
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and have a sense of timeliness
  • A keen eye for good style and design
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and vendors
Job Scope
  • Develop and recommend comprehensive marketing strategies to support business development
  • Plan marketing calendar for all channels – website, social media, emailers & ecommerce platform
  • Produce marketing content with vendors (designer, videographer photographer etc)
  • Produce copy for marketing materials
  • Channel content in a timely manner 
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Organize and maintain database of all assets and data collected
  • Monitor key digital indicators for reporting
  • Generate leads for the sales of kits and workshops
